Messages, messages. There are so many different flavors, but they all do similar things. Wouldn't it be nice to take all the messages flowing through your system and factor out the common bits? You may simplify things this way, or you may find new uses for a more generic set of message types.
And there are so many ways to send a message - that would be nice to simplify as well. I wonder why most people are unconcerned about consistency and the simplicity that results from it?
